Please Read Before Booking a 

Website Design

PLEASE NOTE ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ONE  EMAIL OR A WORD DOCUMENT. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ANY "SELFIES", OR SCREENSHOTS. ALL TEXT MUST BE TYPED OUT.

RHODES CREATIVE CO WILL NOT ACCEPT WEBSITE INFORMATION/PHOTOS VIA TEXT OR ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DIRECT MESSAGES. 

Logo:

  • If you have a logo that was not designed by Rhodes Creative Co., you will need to email a copy of your logo in a .png (transparent) format. 

Images:

  • All clients must email all images that is needed for the website. If you need any branding photos PLEASE book a photo session with your preferred photography or click "Book a Photo Session" above, to ensure a nice website. I HIGHLY  suggest you provide high quality and professional images only. If you do not have any images, I will provide stock photos. 

Products:

  • If your site consists of selling products, please be sure to send the products, product images, and pricing of products typed out in either the word document or email. It's highly recommended that you provide professional products images. 

  • If you don't have any images, I will provide stock photos.

  •  Please provide the TOTAL amount for pricing .(ex: Add $5 to different textures, or if a product comes in a variety pack, certain size, etc.) You will be asked to provide another document with the pricing typed completely out. 

  • Please be sure to send colors, sizes, quantity, etc.

  • It's very important that you are specific on the products, pricing, quantity, etc.

Store Policies & Contact Information: (i.e. returns, exchanges)

  • All clients must email return policies, shipping policies, FAQs, any products that may contain allergens, etc. This section is very important for any business owner. Rhodes Creative Co. will not provide any polices, pricing, or wording for any clients. Also, do not forget you will need to provide all contact information, and business hours for your customers or clients.

Payment Processing:

  • Please provide your desired payment method. (ex: PayPal, Stripe, Square, etc.) If you are not comfortable with giving out this information, I will walk you through the steps on how setting it up. 

Domains:

  • I highly recommend that all clients purchase their domain through Wix. If you purchased your domain through Go Daddy, I will connect it for you. You will need to provide your log in information for Go Daddy. 

Social Media Linking:

  • Please email all your social media user names. For Instagram, you must provide the log in information (it's; an update through Wix). If you do not wish to provide this information, I will walk you through the steps to connect your instagram. 

Additional Information:

  • If you have any quotes, tag lines, etc. that you want to use for your website, please provide them in your document. 

  • If you have any more information you want to use for website, please email it with you document.
